Lale Sanem Şekercioğlu
Born in 1982 in İzmir, Lale Sanem Şekercioğlu has been working at Karşıyaka Municipality Public Relations Directorate for more than 6 years and has been a Sworn Notary Translator since 2011. Her stories "Öykünün İçinde Bekler Seni", "Defter", "Metroda Gidiyoruz", "Kilit Taşı", "Kayıp", "Zor Gurbet" and her essay/memoir "I Lit a Candle and Made a Wish" have been published in different media both in print and digital formats. Her first fairy tale, "Nesi Var?”, reached its readers in January 2023. The author, whose favorite hobbies are reading, writing, travelling, swimming and yoga and who won the 3rd prize with her story "Cinayet Silahı", loves all children, all animals and mother earth and has a beloved daughter.
